New Delhi: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is conjuring bank certifications to recoup Reliance Communications' (RCom) most recent range duty and is set to issue a notice inquiring as to why the wireless transmissions shouldn't be pulled back, adding to the troubles of the telco whose director Anil Ambani faces correctional facility for not paying a seller.
